I just picked up a 5" sturgeon at a lfs. They sid it was a white sturgeon, but im not sure wat kind he is. Right now he is in a 10 gallon for a couple days till i make sure my 55 with two lmb fry is healthy enough to put him in. Once he out grows the 55 i will be going into a 300g+. Can sturgeon live inj water thats 76 degrees though or should i take off the heater on my 55, and what will he eat, are tropical flakes fine when hers small? I'll put up some pics of him later

yes people sturgeons do live in colder. they can adapt to different temperature ranges, but it takes time.
