if you can keep the pond in the low 60s to high 50 with lots of oxygens it would likely work, otherwie stick with warmer water fish

Not true. In a pond many sturgeon can take temps from 50 in the winter and over 75 in the summer as long as your oxygen levels are good.
 
totally agree on the sturgeon, for a pond that size, go for real big fish!
Or get the monster fishes when they are small and have them grow out in your pond.

I'd go for a couple of red tail cats too.. (platinum ones if they are within budget)
