Styrofoam for rimless

I used 1/2" foam board from Lowes. Its construction grade and a much denser foam and doesnt compress easily. Dont remember the name but its white with a foil back. Styro is water resistent so it wont absorb water. Thats why it is used for floatation.

Ok I think I saw this material last time at Home Depot. It is like wall insulation for houses? Has foil on one side and the rest is a styrofoam material?
 
Not sure what its intended purpose, but its right by the blue styroboard (at Lowes) Seams to do excellent with my 600.
 
That's what I use. I use 1/2" as tank builder suggested it "crushed better" than something thicker.
