That is from reading posts here and on other forums about their conversations with Max ACR. For sure start with Buckdog's thread and then see if you can find more. I've never dealt with Max ACR but one of the technical advisors at West Systems also recommends that fiberglass reinforcement only be put on the outside of plywood tanks.
I have mixed emotions about this. If it were me I think I'd still put it on the inside of the tank.
