Do you guys leave the fry with the parents?

Reason I ask is I can't leave the fry with my umbee pair they will eat them after 2-3 weeks.

Do you guys leave the fry with the parents?

Reason I ask is I can't leave the fry with my umbee pair they will eat them after 2-3 weeks.

I leave the fry in with my Festae and haven't had any problems with the parents eating them. My issue is fry from the first batch hid when I removed the rest and are picking off some of the fry. Only my yellowhead pair ate their fry
