Boxfish are also pretty aggresive also the trigger mentioned above and niger triggers are fairly aggresive as well. You could also get a large school of dominos they have been known to fend off sharks in the wild. Just keep in mind with a big s.w. pred you're going to need around 2lbs of live rock per gallon to deal with all the nitrates they produce. Also you'll probably want to raise mollies etc to feed it to make sure that you don't introduce any pathogens,parasites etc. Live foods tend to make fish much more aggresive IME.
I'd never try a set up like this but, different strokes.

I'd say more like 200+ they get BIG and it will leave you with a nub. I'd go for a niger if I were you they are much easier to come by and by the way they will leave you with nub to if they get you to. The only thing is as far as fish go triggers are pretty smart and they might figure out that you are ok. The clowns are quite nice to and we've been mis-spelling trigger by the way it should be a t t i t u d e.

I hope you don't get what you ask for here because it very likely will be a rather unpleasant surprise.

I have seen these guys in the wild and while abundant, I have never seen a specimen over 1'. I would say that the minimum tank size would be 6'x2'x2' which is 180g I think. LR is a must with these guys since they are actually relatively shy and will hide behind the rock.

(Those observations are based on personal experience in the wild with the undulated triggerfish.

If you go with a trigger in a 100 gal. your going to have issues with size and also you wont be able to house a moray with it and also they are notorious fin nippers so I would suggest a dragon wrasse. I have one and they are a blast to watch, the will nip at your fingers if you hold food in the water and they also will move your rocks around for you, little stone henge builders!

i had a dragon wrasse and had to get rid of him, he would try and cover all my rock with sand.
the look awsome when there young, but turn into a pia when the start moving large rocks.

OK how bout a seargent major damsel, they wont take fingers but they are very aggresive and have great personalities, the one i had would watch me go to the fridge and if i opened the freezer he would absolutely loose his mind thiking i was getting the frozen prepared food for him.
