Sudden Death while out of town.

Nitrates don't kill fish instantly, it would take months for fish to die cause nitrates toxic at VERY high level, I did say about my Tesselata saltwater live in 100+ Nitrate environment for months if not year before I research enough how to combat Nitrate with carbon dosing in saltwater. So I would say it's just some random death like we usually seen happen with hydrolycus scomberoides species, morning is perfectly fine and just fall death few hours later.

For the time of death, I doubt is was due to nitrates. If the manufacturer doesn't know how it renders nitrates harmless, I wouldn't put too much stock into relying on it for this reason.

Its mechanism may not be completely know, But the empirical evidence is undeniable.

So how much Prime is required to reduce x amount of nitrates? What kit are you using to test? Surely you must be able to replicate the evidence.
