my neighbor used to breed squirels i think theyre related? we made the stupid decision to babysit them and they where insane, i hate them so much they tore evrything up and crap all over the place!

Or the Southern flying squirell ?

I had as a kid a Tufted eared squirrel . Got him from someone who didnt want him in huge cage it was the worse bite I ever received lol left scar .
Would go from tame to insane in minutes. Had him for 5 yrs than he passed away .

The southern flying squirrels are amazing pets from what I heard

They are not related!!!!! Squirrels are rodents and Gliders are marsupials!

I used to work with a guy who bred em. Said they are a mess and not very friendly, plus they require constant attention. Really cute though.

That guy must not have known what he was doing. They are a mess but can be VERY affectionate if you take the time to get them to bond with you, they are not like a dog who will trust you right off the bat.

oh and theyre so fast and agile
if one got out you wont find it

o you will find it.... they are not really hard to find... now catching them is a different story
