I need a cool bottom dweller (or a group) for my 400 litre... Something not *too* big, and preferably a non-jumper...

Suggestions? :headbang2

i dont know how big 400 liter is but im assuming its large enough for a frontosa. a single specimen would look nice with a sand bottom and rocks.

or you could buy a bichir.

400 liters works out just over 100 us gallons.

Im guessing your decision would depend on what species you have now and whether certain species of bottom dwellers would be compatible since you don't seem overly fussed on single or group species.

I have a soft spot for loaches and synodontis species :grinno: but they may not be to everyones taste.

I have a Synodontis schoutedeni that is able to hold herself against anything put in with her, plus shes full of character and all round an attractive fish :D

I already have a tank full of the little beauties :)

Currently the only sp. in the tank are guppies, expendable guppies.

I'd love more Clowns, but I'm too scared they'll jump out of this tank and it isn't really feasible to put a lid on it.

do you just want fish on the bottem or to go with some thing else

sleeper gobys are pretty cool they eat a ton but just loaf on the bottem all day

theres tons of catfish let us know what else you wan't in the tank and we could find you the right catfish if you wan'ted theres also tons of loaches
