suggested companions

i've got a baby silver aro about 2 inches long by himself in a 20g long (just until he grows up a little, i know how big they get). being all by himself, he is kind of skittish. i was just wondering what suggestions anyone might have as to a companion or two to make him less nervous.

Clown loaches always look nice. Be carefull with feeders they can carry a head aches worth of diseases.

i dont see a problem with keeping 3inch fish in a twenty gallon. Also avoid tinfoil barbs they are too active

I have a sailfin plec with a juvie silver. They get on fine, but it poops like mad so prepare to be 'pythoning' every other day.

Aah....this arowna is 26-30" long right nowSure hope it's not in a 20g

Tinfoil barbs, Severums, plecs, crayfish, other bottom dwellers, parrot fish, oscars(not recommended it may steal your aro's food and it may kill your aro too). There are lots of possibilities. This site might help:http://www.tropicalfishandaquariums.com/Compatibility/index.php
