Found him bottom of tank about 1.5 months to 2 months ago. Put him in QT

Tried salt, parzi, furan, meth blue, metro, amoxicillin but no improvement

Have to stuff food into his mouth every 2 days, wc every 3 days

Anything else I can do?

Is that a wound/ulcer on the body in pic 1? Can’t make it out. Not much more at this point. I’d put the fish down with some clove oil.

No that's a bubble from air stone.

No injury, color still ok

Seeing his will to live, can't bear not to give him a chance

You haven't used an effective antibacterial yet.

Amoxicillin----not effective on the vast majority of bacterial infections of fish which are Gram negative
Nitrofurazone and related--not absorbed, external infections only
Metronidazole--most bacterial infections are aerobic, also no effect on Cryptobia

However, I'd be hesitant to use an antibacterial if there isn't any evidence of a bacterial infection. They are the most common infectious agent though.

Cryptobia is somewhat common, especially in discus. I had a fish that stopped eating for 2 months resume eating after treatment with dimetridazole.

There are so many possibilities though. I recommend looking for a vet that sees fish.

I don't think my country has a vet that see fish... but thanks anyway

I am not sure if I should try potassium permanganate

What country do you live in?

I wouldn't try potassium permanganate. It's trendy but I'm not sure what it would treat.

There is light at the end of the tunnel!!!

Today, decided to go for another dose of parzipro + added Epsom salt (something I have not tried on the fish)

At the same time, got a much powerful air pump with dual outlets and full blast the pump
