I have a 45 gallon tank tall (48x12x18) thats fully setup with a 75 gal HOB Penguin, and i have run out of ideas for it :irked:.

It's presently setup for brackish fish but after some reassessment of my funds i find myself with literally only 50 bucks for my tank (my mom has no appreciation for fish at all), and no way for me to get the brackish fish i want for it so i have decided to switch back to fresh

I don't no what fish to get :irked::irked:

Any Suggestions? (if it works with my miniscule budget ill go with plants)

This is the tank soory about the filter it doesn't work on the back cause the stand is messed up (yes that fish in the upper right corner is a mono ill be moving him soon).

You already have the Monodactylus sebae. Are you going to keep it?

I missed that.;) Pick snails then and make it a community setup. Snails are valuable these days especially when you find that out in Aquariacentral.com, MFK's sister site.

Get a gulper catfish there sweet.

my suggestion wood be take out 3/4 of the rocks and go find some cheap community fish and fill it up

Lupin Well i was thinking a tank with a bit more movement that just snails... Not that snails aren't awesome :D.

fishy12 Gulpers are awesome but the biggest trouble i have with getting fish is finding them in stores and last time i checked gulpers weren't all that common. plus there is the cost of feeders...

fickle Maybe but thats just going a lil too common. i can't stand community tanks, too many fish that don't belong together. im more into biotope thing.

Lupin Thats pretty awesome but i've got a 5 gal i can do that in :D. Im leaning more towards fish in a 45.

With that much filtration you could go oscar...

I would make a tank with plecos and a small horde of otos.
