Suggestions for my Set-Up?

The background isn't the problem. The plexiglass divider is sealed to the back of the terrarium wall, and there's a slit cut into the background so it can slide right over. I think I'm going to get some glass cut today and just start over. This is such a frustrating process. I've never had as many problems with a tank than I have had these past couple of weeks.

I'm not really looking for a temporary fix though. I don't want it to leak at all. I want to stop the leaks permanently. The divider is plexiglass, and the bottom of the terrarium is glass. Can you not seal glass to plexiglass?

It'll still help drain the substrate when you mist the enclosure.

You can bond plexiglass to glass with silicone, but it sometimes doesn't work. Did you rough up the plexiglass before applying the silicone? I've found that helps in most cases.
