he said it happened while he was going to take pics for another buyer. im not sure if he went to pick it up and it then the tail was dropped. he just said it happened when he was taking the pics. it seems kinda odd to me. and ive been talking to Coura about it as well and he agreed that something seems weird. which is one of the reasons i havent purchased yet.

Ive also been talking to Lindsay Pike about these. they are Sudanese uromastyx. ive been talking to him about a 1.2 breeding group.

and pics of his off spring.

the uros would be nice since they stay small. around 11" or so. so they wouldnt need a huge enclosure like the sailfins would. and there diet is exactly the same as both of the iggs so it would make feeding alot easier, and a little cheaper.

and Doug Dix at Deer Fern Farms has some Banded uros for sale. they are real hard to get and he is one of the only ones offering pure Banded uros for sale. they dont get as colorfull and the sudanese but i still love the black and white look. and if you look close you can see the spots of orange in the black on its back. im waiting for pics of the ones he has for sale. the one pictured is one of his breeders. he also has some malis with some great potential as well. i spoke with him quickly about those. and i havent ruled them out either.

so as you can see I have been real busy contacting people. and now im unsure of what exactly to get. i need to find more out about the sailfin before i purchase, and lets just say there isnt much info to be found. and alot of it is real conflicting
