You could probably keep a Croc Skink if you modified that tank a little. Check out Tribolonotus gracilis.

They can be shy so adding some more cover would help. More plants and a deeper layer of sphagnum moss. They will utilize all the water you give them to swim in too.

Croc Skink is a good idea. I wouldn't go with Flying Geckos, they're very active and should be given a bigger cage. Besides, not enough climbing structure for them in there.
