Thanks guys! Yeah....I LOVE aros, but I just don't want to loose another one...especially after having one for sooo long, and one day....BAM....hes gone, I get depressed everytime I look at his empty tank.... :( I have him in the freezer...he barely fit...lol....I would LOVE to get him mounted, I just wonder how much it would cost....

for a fish close to 3' I think youd be looking at over $100.00 to get him mounted. I can remember pricing taxidermists when I used to fish alot.

I've lost 2 silver aros myself and know how you feel. they are good fish....I just pick myself up by buying another 6 to rear!!
 
Well guys...I am gonna get him mounted!!! Its gonna run about $200...I am taking pics into the guy on Saturday...I am really excited about it!!!

Also, we have decided to raise a school of scats!!! 2 silver, 2 red, and 2 green....We have had them before, and lost them to evil tankmates....So now we have a slightly empty 125gal to play with!!! I can't wait!! We are going to the LFS tonight to see what they have!
