suitable tank mates for my Kels?

IME my uaru were really aggressive and i had trouble with them against my orino but i did have 6 uaru at the start where as tim had only 1 was it? and his cichla were alot bigger.

Personally id always say the Rotkeils are a good shout.

Yeah I only had one. I'm sure your a lot more experienced than me with uaru. My top choice for this tank would be 4-6 rotkiels. That would look awesome.

Very sweet setup. I'd personally add some discus, or Pqarrot Cichlids (H. Psittacus(spelling...)).

i've tried silver dollars, both normal and spotted ones, but think they're too skittish, and causing my Kels to hide a lot!!

had removed them since and they're more outgoing now..

will look around for severums or uarus... hard to get bigger sized ones locally... and i agree, rotkeils would be nice...

just a shot when i still had the SDs, and oh, i added another 2 pieces of the Kels...

No need for tank mates. I can enjoy watching these four beauties by themselves in your tank. May be adding more other types of pbass but not necessarily. Just my taste.
