  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
They're the same. Sumatra is the legal name, there is no suxh thing as sumatera.

I am indonesian...I know :)

i also got a message from friends in Thailand said that they have not see any ST under 6" ...so more likely it 's IT or NTT. especially for that price.

agree NTT or IT

My lfs yesterday had some baby IT labled Sumatra tigers. Def. IT. They didn't have a clue. They were kept in the brackiish tanks in with small lorteti red eye puffers!!!!!
I had a right go at them.

that LFS is suck. I am from Indonesia, where sumatra is part of the country. To tell you the truth, there are two sources for Indo tiger, one is sumatra island (jambi and palembang) and the other source is Bornoe island (the major source is pontianak while in the other area like palangkaraya, the IT still can be found with much lower quantity).

Currently, the available IT in the market is coming from Pontianak, borneo. The nature productions in Pontianak reach the highest level ever this year. That's why you can easily find baby IT in the market.

Hope this can clarify some things for you
