In my case, I'm not overly concerned with chemical filtration. I am adding a 4" chamber thats main focus is the fine, polishing foam. It will also function as part of the bubble trap. There will be room to add chemical filtration if needed at some point, but when/if not needed, it will also give me room to grow some pothos.
