sump overflowing

I have a sump and two separate trickle towers. All 3 are interconnected. 2 pumps in the main sump, each pump returns water to a corner flow and also T's off to a trickle tower in which the water makes its way back to the main sump where the pumps are. Water level remains the same all the time.

I agree with stingray keeper, the only way you can have even levels in your two sumps is to join them with plumbing and piping. Their are to many variables that can change the level in ether sump, slight blockage, or the return pipe tips ever so slightly to one sump then the other, pumps are worn different and one works slower then the other
