Sump plans, how to improve

yeh jake i was thinking that one or the other might be starved of nitrates, i think im going to scrap the algae scrubber for now, it can always be added later on down the track if need be. i was just concerned that due to the size of the bioload, and a large wet dry, i was concerned i would of became a bit of a nitrate factory, ill wait till its all cycled without the scrubber and retest the nitrates etc,

just finished drilling the overflows and siliconing the c2c overflow

Ya know, going back and looking at this thread again I really do like the 1st design. Even with the pump centered, which is what I dont like about mne, I like it.
