This is my first sump project so I will need your help.
I'm looking for advice on this project idea.
This sump is for 165gal tank.

if it is meant for big fish making big waste then the pads on the right hand side will clog fast. looks like a kik *** design

nice design, don't see the need in the filter pads towards the end, and i'd ditch the bio-balls and go with scrubbies, and i'm guessing the aquarium is freshwater from the lucky bamboo, so don't see a need for the protien skimmer, unless you are talking about a surface skimmer.

ok nevermind, now i see you posted it is freshwater, protien skimmers are more for saltwater/marine tanks.

you could just use all bioballs, no need for 3 different chambers.
