Sump Question......What Do I Have?

Should I take some water out of the wet dry to achieve that, or should I try and decrease the water flow into it?

When the water level gets low should I add water to the tank or the sump? I nearly flooded my apt this morning by adding water to both lol. Luckily I checked it out before going to work this morning.

Either or. It doesn't matter. Things will equal out. The display always stays at a constant level and the sump is where any water level fluctuations occur.

Adding water to the sump yeilds immediate results
