get a rubbermade 33 gallon container or 2 then one 3/8 sheet of acrylic for the drip plate. then get a few egg crate sheets and zip ties to construct a tower for bio material. then cup the top of the rubbermade i half to put over the sump to help on evaporation and you are pretty much set. pm me if you need more detail.
