gonna pick me up some sun cats today about 2" would like to know about their personalities my friend has some but would like to here different opinions.

Apparently they do better in groups. Mine sits in a cave all day but will come out when food hits the water. He sucks it down too fast for anybody else to eat anything.
They are slow growers. Keep them in a group and have limited hiding spots and you'll see them quite often. The will eat any fish that they can fit into their mouths, though you won't see it happen unless you are up watch at night. Tough fish that do well with large SA/CA cichlids.

I have one at 5" in with a Jack Dempsey, got it a few months ago and had it handfeeding at 3" so I guess you could say they have a nice personality, although they are quite skiddish.Planning on getting 2 or 3 more whenever I see them.
