I have two sunsun hw5000 canister filters running on my 7 foot aquarium. One of the filter keeps showing error code E0-5 and E-06. The code stands for idle pump run. Can someone with these filter help me out?

No nothing like that. But if you are having any errrors just reset the meter. But i am facing an issue currently. My canister makes noise at P40 and throws a lot of bubbles and the sound is not from pump the pump is smooth and fast. Idk 
when i tilt it towardss the outlet side 4-5 times then the sound gradually goes away but as soon as i set it to the normal upright position thats how it is supposed to be then it again starts to make noise and throwing bubbles have tried all the things lubricated every rings but i noticed one thing the giant black gasket it doesn’t fit well its loose i always struggle putting the lid back due to the gasket whenever i push one side of lid in order to close it the then the gasket just peaks out from the opposite side i always struggle putting the lid back. So my question is that is the problem due to that giant gasket? Should i replace it. Has anyone faced any issue similar to this please do let me know. And the solution as well. Thank you appreciate it
