Sunsun hw5000 e-05 error code

I have two sunsun hw5000 canister filters running on my 7 foot aquarium. One of the filter keeps showing error code E0-5 and E-06. The code stands for idle pump run. Can someone with these filter help me out?

Hi, I also have this problem at the moment, does anyone know what motor idling on the sun sun HW-5000 means ?. Same error as above post
