super agressive cichlid for a 48x12 ?

well i got screwed over big time
I got a 60$ fish and it died the next day and they said that they wont do anything about it if it could be the customers fault and there was this incedent where i had a tank stand on hold for my 12gal nanocube and they said they would put it in the back room for me and that they could hold it for a week or 2 and they sold it in a week with a 14gal biocube that somebody brought in

If you bought a 60.00 fish and it died the next day, bag him up, bring in a sample of the water in a separate bag. If you're water tests out we then move to necropsy the fish. If the fish is full of parasites or bacteria we WILL take care of you. Promise!
As for the stand, you must have talked to someone new or that didn't no the rules. We can hold items for 24hrs. If the person isn't able to get the item by the 24 hr mark then we should mention to the customer to put a layaway on said item. That wouldv'e gave you plenty of time to get it.
