SUPER HELP!! SR not eating for almost a month

Maybe its internal parasites? You said you feed it live fish sometimes right? They sometimes have parasites in them and the get transfered to the aro. Id just try only doing salt and stopping melafix treatment. Maybe try different foods? They rarely resist crickets.

Are you sure your arowana has recovered from the cloudy eye? as in, can it see? Usually adult arowanas go on hunger strikes, but if you say 7 months, thats out of the question.

Could be internal parasites as mentioned. What is the temperature of the tank? usually raising it to 86-88F can stimulate hunger as well.

what do you have in with him he couls be stressed by tankmates or the outside tank enviornment........but my bet is internal paracites and try to raise the temp and salt level but im not a sr exp
