I have had a fahaka and ray mix that worked out. Its an awesome combo once you find the perfect players.

Your wife sounds awesome to have helped you and allow such a nice fish along with what sounds like an awesome setup!

Im looking forward to seeing your pictures!!!
 
thanks guys . yes im crazy happy ...been in the hobby for almost 30 years and this is a fish at this size i have always wanted. thanks my wife is very cool it was nice she woke up from a dead sleep to help with something so heavy and she has to put up all my tanks and expenses haha....
he does look very cool .... hes one very large yellow bowling pin with scribble over half his body. haha
you just dont see to many of this size..

its still just to dark for pics . maybe tomorrow. the mbu keeps laying on the ray.......... damn thing might squish him . seems to be gentail .also thats been his MO his whole life so i expect the same .. but you never know!!!! i seen some crazy changes before.
