How long should i leave something glue on with silicone and spray painted with the krylon fusion drying and curing? (Is that what its called?

Heres a little trial run im doing of a cheep cheep in the tank. Was testing out my idea on how to make it look like its just floating around like the fish. It even moves! Success!

Also heres the very rough sketch i did, very rough lol. I tried to do it to scale so the sizes should be accurate as to how they will look in the tank. I think it was something like 1"= 5mm something like that. For reference those cheep cheeps are 3x3"
