Super Moon Setting

Anybody else check the super moon?

I tried. He had a strong cloud cover here in the pacific northwest though.

It looked beautiful from my place

It looked a lot closer than the usual full moon

For me it just looked brighter but appeared to be the same size.

Edit: I do agree with the author that people should admire the moon more often. Well, space in general. Last month Venus, Mars and Saturn were very bright. But you don't see social media talking about that lol.

I happened to be fishing this am coincidently, really my only interest in the lunar cycles are its implications on the local fishing

Super moon is called super moon because this is actually the closest the moon has been to Earth. I could be wrong with the superlative "closest" but yeah its fairly close.

I couldn't agree more. I don't watch TV until around an hour before I go to bed. That is usually some type of science or cosmos related show. It's a shame there are not more of them but I am happy that there are a few good ones out there to watch. That and workaholics lol.. Brain is either on or off and those are my go to shows
