Super Red Arowana Update

This SR was imported from CV Maju as a juvenile (tag date Nov. 2009). He is currently 16 inches and colouring up quite nicely. Since I moved my rays into my pond, he's got this 240 gal. all to himself for now, so lots of space to swim and grow.

Just help me out with this one it's a 240 gal tank but you only have about 210 gal of water I have never been able to understand why people never fill the tanks to the top what is the point in having such a low water line you stand more chance of the aro getting damaged with it that low

There are different schools of thought, but IME with aros they are less nervous with a bit of space up top. Its always worked for me, so if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
