Just wanted to make an important note about raising baby anoles. They need very high humidity because the can dehydrate very easily. You're going to want to keep the humidity around 80% and mist the cage 2-3 times a day. They will only lap water up that is sprayed on the glass and plants in the cage. As for growth rate, the ones I hatched grew pretty fast on a healthy diet of gut-loaded prey. Your anole will probably get 5-6 inches in a year.
