Super worms

I started using SW a while back based on this article. This guy feed his arowana 80% SW to start.

I stick the superworms in the freezer for a couple of minutes so they are knocked out by the cold. Then I inject them with liquid vitamins like Boyd's Vitachem.

I might pipe in here, I have fed my fish super meal worms, the taking the head off was a rumor that they would eat there way out of a fishes tummy, of coarse this is poppy cock. same rumor for regular meal worms. long before that meal worms hits the gut it has been crushed in the throat.
