What a fantastic looking female you have there, really impressive. At the moment I have a hiding place for the female as she seemed to need to hide more as it was the male that seemed more aggressive. At what stage do you think I should move the male to my community tank (Staright after laying the eggs, or after they hatch?) Also they both have their tubes showing, but only a small bit, also, he is constantly cleaning the rock I put in there for them. How long do you think it will be before they lay their eggs?a/m;3430540;3430540 said:We love our godmani too. Watch closely when she turns black or dark gray below her mouth. I suggest you have a divider or another tank available as she will try to kill the male at breeding time. They love cool fast moving water, they like to play in the output of my Mag drive 7.
Good quality food and clean water. Very easy to keep. Easily my favorite fish ever.
