I think my dels grew half an inch in 2 weeks time... quite remarkable!!!

No joke, that is fantastic growth. Those worms are doing the trick!

Del's are an awesome poly, I never tire of watching mine.

Yup and i think they have grown again since my last post... they eat a lot. very smart and active polys. I now feed them live fishes. their external gills are starting to protude...
what can i say, they look darn good!

Please give me some more tips on how i can care for them better. Thanks man!
