the good thing about the super worms is they eat most pellets so you are gut loading the worms with pellets meaning the aro is getting pellets

huh got it..we call it barley-worm in china, dont use super worm only!
there is too much fat in it, and your aro wont get a nice shape and color!

as said. It is too fatty. I do feed them 3 times a week and they love it. But as a lot of you guys know, I think it caused the anus protraction to my Jar which took the best of 3 months to recover...

I feed mainly the Hikari food sticks and my Jar is happy and healthy. When he doesn't want to eat I let him go a couple of days without feeding, and BANG! his appetite returns.
