what about the LR?
it's just bacteria, they don't need anything special.
if you want good coralline growth you may want to upgrade lighting and maybe dose some calcium but that's it.
nothing need to be added to the water unless you start noticing ALK and PH shifts. test your water every now and then and you should be fine. The older the tank gets, the more you need to test the PH because it tends to lose its buffering capacity.
