sooooooooo... long story short...
i got my 1st "trophy" Largemouth Bass of the yr coming from well.....
an unexpected place 7 hrs away from here...
Friends and i drove 7hrs from montreal to get to Ontario Place for the hillsong united concert (which was REALLYYYYYY Goood!)
Last minute packing i saw my rod and said "hey it wont hurt!" and thinking to myself that it would be a nice time to play with my this new OVERSIZED perch lure... lol! 6-7 inches.
(i dont even know if the place where were going has waters lol!)
anyhow nice day lots of people, and sure there was the lake ontario (hope im right) near the concert site.
Concert start : 7h
Time arrived :5h
Play time: 2 frgging hours! (wasted 1h30 at the pier)
Problem: no fishing lisence for ontario (like that wud stop me lol)
Summary: my best lmb maybe for years to come!
18inches long and FAT lmb gulped this so bigga lure i didnt even think fish wud try chase!!! i have nothing to weight it (yet)
June 8 '09 was a blast so i (so sorry toronto anglers, i kept the fish)
Im going to mount it with the lure i got it to remind me of that great day.
Of fishing and the concert. I bought that fish with me and wrapped it with my new sweater, had to put them in the locker and i didnt even cared if my pole didnt fit!! i just put it on the top.
Note: pictures are after i got back to novada hotel ( 4-5 hrs later )
that place was good i saw Monster Carps at the pier and more Bass at the Ontario Place! Awesome! I so so Envy~ id definitely to come back very sooooooon!
Last 3 pics is my lure b4 the catch, after the catch, and after i gave him an aritificial tail, hope he likes it!
