Not quite. I was able to net out about 125-150 of the fry. I filled a 20 with water from the 125. That tank already had 2 sponge filters running (1 in the tank & 1 in the sump) for "just in case" situations like this. So, I moved one of the filters to the 20. The fry started feeding on BS nauplii this evening.

I like that though. Instead of flushing them or dumping them in a pond somewhere they ended up on your doorstep.
They're certainly Africans. Tilapia sp. Hard to pin down a positive ID but I'd narrow it down to T. rendalli or T. louka. Possibly even T. tholloni. Very nice whatever they are!
Don't you love it when fry a just sprang upon you without even knowing they laid eggs, makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Congrats on the fry and good luck I.D.ing them.
