Sorry Scatman I didnt read your first post, I agree they should have permits and liscensing for certain fish; as long as they also have classes to educate the owners and really do check to make sure theyre not releasing these fish into new waters they havent invaded yet (some type of accountability). I also believe they should still have the old laws on the books for those who chose not to take the class or get the permit.
