Because of desk limitations. I can't fit 2 20g longs on my dresser. And I like the look of 20g high's. 20g long is too short.
So far mrs. Piggy is full of personality. And boy does she like to swim 
. Best of all though she's peaceful.

I needed more volume but didn't want another stand so I changed out my 20L for a 37 which has the same footprint. As does the 29 gallon.
Not a common size but I got my LFS to order it for me with their next order so no shipping charge.

Well a 37g would be great BUT my floors will not support anything more than this. In fact, I'm about 50% over what the proffessional quoted me. I cannot afford a 2story crash that would mean the end of this hobby my parents would probably give me away. And i'd be on the street in no time.
