surubim lima max size?

Growth rate seems to be very variable. The 6 smaller limas I have all started out around 3-4". Two weeks later the biggest are around 6" the smallest is 3.5-4".
This is with a constant supply of feeders and as much other foods as I could get into them.

I hope the max size isnt beginning at 8inches lol. I have one to and hes a small dude. What is their growth rate like?

Their minimum max size is probably 14" on the smaller species. The larger species of Lima's are 24-28"

Unless you have an S. elongatus. Max is around 12" for them.
