thanks, does prime come in the gallon size jugs. I've only been able to find amquel
in the gallon size jugs where I live.

You are not going to need a 5 gal one unless you have a fish room and uses hundred of gallons a day. Stick with the 2L or 4L bottle so that you don't get kill in shipping charges.
 
On a morbid note.... these fish really don't look like they have much of a chance for living long happy lives.

Yup.. those fish makes good fertilizer for the garden. The amount of $ and time you spend on these will go wasted. Better off to:

Sit back and trace what you did to get these fish to look like that and try to learn from this. Keeping discus is only hard if you complicate things. Too many chemicals, water conditioner, meds will only complicate things as it adds too many variables.

I know i'm not going to need a 5 gallon jug, I was basicly saying cool prime comes in a 5 gallon jug.

those discus in the photos are not mine. those are one of my friends discus. I was starting this thread for his discus, then I started to have
problems so I started to ask questions.

Very true. I like Cary Strong's, who by the way is a great breeder from Michigan, method to discus keeping. K.I.S.S., which stands for "Keep it simple stupid".
