Personally I would of done something that's so painful and he had to live with it the rest of his life...

PUYALLUP, Wash. -- A man has died after being choked in a fight with two other men, including the owner of a 1967 Chevrolet Camaro who accused him of trying to steal the vintage muscle car, authorities said.
Edward Zanassi, 27, of Graham, died Sunday at Good Samaritan Hospital, where he had been on life support since shortly after the fight early Wednesday morning, Pierce County sheriff's deputies said.
The 24-year-old car owner told deputies he was awakened by noises, saw Zanassi trying to steal the vehicle and got into a fight with him, Detective Jerry R. Bates said.
The owner's roommate joined the struggle, Zanassi bit the owner's fingers and the roommate forced Zanassi to let go by choking him, Bates said. Zanassi then collapsed and never regained consciousness before he died.
Neither the owner nor the roommate was arrested, and Bates says prosecutors were reviewing the case to determine whether to file charges.

I had one of my old apt. cleaned out, bikes stolen, system in my truck....f*ck all the thieving little d*ckheads in this world. If you think a beating is too much I think its time to wise up to reality. We'd all like to be idealistic and think that laws will protect us and that everything will be peachy. A law won't detur someone from stealing something, a good old-fashioned A*s beating will. I won't say he deserved to die but the beating is surely justified. Why should the moral people of the world be victimized by the system. If those poor guys get charged I'm gonna have to say F*CK all this sh*t and become one of the Boondock Saints because I don't think the system is getting anything under control. And for those of you who do think its deserved..... just wait for some motherf*cker to plant some lead in one of your fam. members and get away with it because it was "wrong" to kick *ss or shoot first. I am proud to say in FL. now I can shoot you dead if you invade my house!!!!!!!!!
