Suspected Duck Lips, how to cure?

"Highly contagious... the culprit is a med resistant form of Flavobacterium columnare (previously named Flexibacter columnaris).

Havoc for the aquarium trade. Mostly due to Asian imported fish. Treat for gram - & gram + ...keep temps low so the disease slow down."

DUCK LIPS? never heard of that disorder

but i think there is no cure
if it is a parsite try salt and meds
