Chilli Red = Spoonhead feature + Diamond shape tail
Blood Red = Torpedo feature + fan shape tail
But if you ask me, it's been a long time that they are been placed in breeding pond together for breeding. Happening everywhere thus my advise to all hobbyists is buy and keep a red base on what you like of it rather than looking at what it's been branded as.
