All of them deserve jail time as terrorists!

Not saying the bikers are right in any sense nor am I siding with them in any way but

Terrorist
A person who uses terrorism in the pursuit of political aims.
The use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, especially for political purposes.

Just love throwing around terrorists, they are criminal and belong in gaol but they are hardly terrorists. Next you'll be saying they are a threat to nation security.... Whats the punishment for terrorism in USA? Imprisonment without trial or rights, you really think all of those 55 or what ever bikers dont deserve a trail and judgement of their peers. Isnt that in your constitution or declaration of independence or something. In that situation I would have done anything to protect my family with out regard to their life, that said both I and them have the right to a fair trail. Some of them are just moron bystanders, not totally without fault, but hardly terrorists or, sadly, even worthy of gaol.

This is a group that has been known in the past to use Terror to promote there agenda. that is why I used the term terrorist. The NYPD has labeled them terrorist.

On the second part I totally agree with you. I believe the new laws on terrorism are unconstitutional. Many of laws that have been created over the last 2 administration are completely unconstitutional.

Not really up for a debate this morning I was just making the point everyone thinks they are safely protected by the police our tas dollars are paying for but this video shows a 6 minute crime through 50 blocks and not 1 cop stepped in. Makes me sick!

It was pretty effed up and apparently NYCPD has considered this group of bikers a terrorist group for about a year now.

A year now.... obviously they are turning heads and doing something.

We have never seen anything like that here before. What I was saying is when stuff like this does happen people should have the right to protect themselves. Obviously the cops aren't doing it, they are to busy giving traffic violation citations.

If something like this happens in your country what are you going to do through rocks.

Nah man, boomerangs is what we use, rocks are so stoneage. Fact is we have a different culture to you guys and we dont all feel the need to arm ourselves to the teeth cause of everyone else doing the same or even due to the slight potential of danger. Many countries around the world are the same and dont feel threatened walking the street at night without a weapon. There is no place in South Australia I wouldnt go at night time.

That is great that Australia is like that many parts of the US is like that. But NY and many states with larger Metropolotian hubs are filled people growing up on welfare with no fathers to teach the right and wrong nad nobody has respect for anyone else. This country is falling apart fast. I have plans to leave NY in the next 3-5 years.

All I could think of is when the mentioned the guy being beaten in front of his two year old. I have a 3 year old and 2 year old. Man I am still pissed over this and I watched it last night. I am sure others feel the same so by giving there "suggestions" it might help relieve some anger.

With Aussies just rip away, we have a great sense of humor and tbh when ever Im watching a show or comedy and they rip on aussies I laugh my guts out, its bloody awesome. We dont jump to the defense of our country like you guys do, in fact we could learn a little patriotism off you guys cause its lacking in Australia. Most people over here dont even know the second verse to our national anthem. No country is perfect and we all could learn something from each and every other country in the world.
