Looks like 2 different species to me. The first is definitely not Cinta. The 2nd fish looks like a male belly crawler. The first fish could be difficult to identify without collection locality information.

First one looks like Crenicichla lucius actually. Crenicichla sveni has more marbling above the lateral line..where as lucius doesn't and has more silver below the lateral line....but like dmuraski said, it would be easier to ID knowing location as its a type of Saxatilis pike, which are annoying to ID because of all their similarities. Top that off with captive breeding, aghh...headache.

First link is Crenicichla lucius...;)

Last pikture does look a lot like Crenicichla sp. 'bellycrawler'...however the body and laterline do look a little bit more like Crenicichla stocki or reticulata. probably is 'belly crawler' though.

They did a little dance when I intoduced them four months ago. They have been fine ever since, but always nip and the plecos in the tank.

Thats not really a dance, more like aggression. Looks like the lucius is hounding the belly crawler. Also, you should add some more water movement to the tank via powerheads. That belly crawler is breathin pretty heavy, and pikes like to have heavily oxygenated waters...;)

That video was when the 2nd pike was introduced to the tank (breathing heavy/fight). They are in a 75gal right now with a powerhead and love re-arranging the gravel.
